BIO
I started sculpting with repurposed metal when I retired 10 years ago.
I am a totally self taught sculptor, interested in the natural world and have pieces in
2 schools and the memorial garden of Neville Hall Hospital in Abergavenny.

My first pieces were small candle sticks and clocks but I have graduated to making larger pieces both for the garden and home interiors.
The materials I use are 90% recycled metal predominately chain from motorcycles,
bicycles and other machinery.
I incorporate driftwood and stone in some of the sculptures
and also use engine and brake parts. They are created using a mig welder.
My ideas for pieces come to me often from poetry, listening to Classical music
or while out walking.
I do undertake commissions.
