I began my career in art as a graphic artist.
However in 1999, my discovery of
gloss as a medium to create art was career changing.
I work with gloss to explore the interplay of light and colour.
Nature in a myriad of forms is my constant source of inspiration.
From the microscopic to the majestic.
The patterns and textures found in nature often inform my work.
My art glass is kiln formed and it can take many firings in my kiln to achieve the effect that I am looking for in the finished pieces.
